Registration

• A. Sponsorship Package - Platinum – $5,000.00
  3 full conference registrations, 1 organizational membership (for 3 people), draped Exhibitor table, full page ad, company name listed in program literature, acknowledgement at conference.
  Promotion Opportunity: 5 minute address to all conference attendees one of the following mornings: Monday, March 30 or Tuesday, March 31.
• B. Sponsorship Package - Gold – $4,000.00
  2 full conference registrations, 1 Institutional membership (up to 3 people), draped Exhibitor table, 1 full page ad, company name listed in program literature, acknowledgement at conference. Promotion Opportunity: 5 minute address to all conference attendees during one of the following lunch sessions: Monday, March 30 OR Tuesday, March 31
• C. Sponsorship Package - Silver – $3,000.00
  1 full conference registration, 2 individual memberships, draped Exhibitor table, half page ad, company name listed in program literature, acknowledgement at conference. Promotion Opportunity: Recognized on conference schedule and signage as a sponsor of one of the following: Sunday, March 29 (President’s Reception) OR Tuesday, March 31 (Awards Banquet Reception)
• D. Sponsorship Package - Bronze – $2,000.00
  1 full conference registration, Draped Exhibitor table,1 Individual Membership, half page ad in conference program, Promotion Opportunity: Recognized on conference schedule and signage as a sponsor of one of the breaks offered throughout the conference.
• E. Sponsorship Package - Patron – $1,000.00
  Quarter page ad in conference program, Recognized on conference signage for one of the conference social events (i.e. Recognition Receptions, New Member Mingle, Hospitality). DOES NOT INCLUDE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
