Site Visit San Diego Zoo - Presentation and Zoo Admission – $37.00
Select this registration type for presentation and discounted admission to the Zoo. After the presentation, attendees can opt-in to participating in a zoo bus tour and visit the zoo for the discounted rate to the CEIA group of $37/person. Those participating on the bus tour can then explore the zoo afterwards.

Select this registration type for Zoo presentation only. The San Diego Zoo brings into the organization many college students every summer to work in various conservation science and animal husbandry roles. The Zoo also brings in 14 research fellows who work in donor funded research positions with one of the 8 different divisions within San Diego Zoo’s Institute for conservation research.

For more than a century, people have flocked to the San Diego Zoo to discover animals. The Zoo connects people with wildlife to inspire a passion for nature. It is these connections that spark the desire to protect and save species. They provide opportunities for animal behavior and health studies that would be difficult, if not impossible, to conduct in the wild. San Diego Zoo Global field projects take researchers to sites around the world, working with local people, fellow conservation scientists, partner organizations, and government agencies. Employees are extremely passionate and engaged and are proud of the work in conservation, mission and vision, and animals and plants. People apply to work for SDZG because of what they do. And once hired, they stay for a very long time.
