DESCRIPTION: Work-integrated learning (WIL) is widely recognized as a high-impact educational practice, yet its quality and accessibility can vary significantly across institutions and programs. In this session, Melissa Clemens will lead participants on an exploration of key research findings from the Center for Research on College-Workforce Transitions (CCWT) that shaped the development of innovative tools designed to enhance WIL experiences. Participants will see a live demonstration of practical resources aimed at improving program design, increasing student engagement, and expanding access to meaningful work-based learning opportunities.
