The CEIA Academy provides training and development opportunities to cooperative education and internship professionals throughout the year in a variety of formats, including an annual event at the site of a future national conference for collaborative training and development as well as workshops at the national conference.

This cohort-based program is designed for emerging and aspiring leaders, or those looking to grow as a leader. The six engaging sessions are led by experienced practitioners from both the higher education and corporate fields. Monthly synchronous virtual sessions will emphasize networking and reference real-world scenarios.
